New geologist on assignment for MCI
Sebastian Hobler joined MCIs Geology Division in October 2023.
He graduated as a geologist from the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg i. Breisgau in 2008. Afterwards he worked as geologist in Australia´s Iron Ore Mining and Exploration Industry until 2012 followed by 2 years as exploration geologist in the far north of Sweden.
Until joining MCI he worked in Switzerland and Germany as Geologist in infrastructure and HDD-drilling as well as in environmental and remediation projects.
He loves spending all of his non working time with his family travelling and exploring.
Sebastian Hobler will start his first project assignments as Geology Manager for MCI as expert in Africa and Asia focusing on geological modelling and exploration.
