Improvement of operational efficiency
MIBRAG Consulting International GmbH was engaged to carry out a technical audit for a large Russian hard coal producer from the Kemerovo region (Russia).
MIBRAG CI, together with a business partner identifies opportunities for improvement of the operational efficiency at various stages of the production process such as permitting, exploration, coal extraction, overburden removal, maintenance, coal stockpiling, processing, purchasing, logistics.
During the first phase, the processing experts of MIBRAG CI visited the client in August 2021 for inspection of the processing plants and data collection.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the beginning of 2022.
